Statewide Hybrid Tax Credit (bill): Reps. Merrill, Bailey, Altman and Coates introduced H. 4312, a bill that would give consumers buying hybrid vehicles a state tax credit equal to 20% of the federal tax credit scheduled to begin in 2006.
